Where to download Keyshot 2024?

Hi there,

is there any direct link to download the latest version of KeyShot 2024?

Yes, I know it should be possible using this link, right?

But this page has a major issue since half a year or so (I already reported it months ago) since it’s always redirecting to


and although I’m already signed-in it won’t recognize it.

I also tried to change the setting on the Keyshot website but there’s no option (at least I didn’t find one) to set its language to English (there is some option at the bottom but when I click on “English” it reloads the page and shows German again 🫣).

Any help is highly appreciated!

Hello Eric.
As long as your browser is set to German, the KeyShot page would appear in English.

Thanks a bunch for your answer!
But my browser is set to German and the page appears in German.
Anyway, I somehow managed to download the latest (?) version.

May I ask you how I see if I got the latest version?
My KS-Installation shows on “About”: Version 13.1.1 (Build 4) [4.11.1}
No note of 2024.2 or 2024.3… :thinking:

The current latest version 2024.3 (noticed a few minutes ago).

But then I didn’t get the latest version and seem to still have the old version, right?
OK… need to check how to get the latest version.

got the email boasting the new version, but the Check For Updates function in the app doesn’t pick it up, and so I downloaded the new .3 version from the website and will not install. It greys out when asking for the place to store the resource files. I’ve got plenty of drive space, but I can’t get past that point in the install.

Same here this morning - also received the email but no update available in KeyShots “Check for updates”.
A few hours later I finally received the update upon a restart of KeyShot.
So, maybe it also works for you to restart it?

@KeyShot:

  1. Would be nice if you checked the availability in KeyShot’s update check BEFORE sending out the announcement.
  2. Would be also nice if a consistent version is visible in the “About” dialog. It makes imo no sense to talk about “Version 2024.3” but the about dialog still shows “Version 13.2.0”. That’s totally confusing…
